With dramatic temperature differences between day and night, misty surroundings, and abundant intense sunshine, only fully ripened coffee cherries are carefully selected after harvest and processed using the natural sun-dried method with the whole fruit intact.
Through the slow refinement of sunlight and time, the coffee cherries naturally ferment and mature, preserving the fruit aromas, sweetness, and the essence of Alishan’s terroir.
When brewed, the coffee reveals bright floral notes, citrus-like acidity, and a honey-like sweetness in the finish.
