Unlike lightly fragrant teas, it is distinguished by its captivating roasted aroma, full-bodied and profound, reflecting the complexity and depth achieved through expert oxidation and traditional roasting techniques.

壺底鋪滿，水溫95-100°C，第一泡為60秒，之後每泡增加20秒（可回沖3-4次）
Fill the bottom of the small teapot with tea leaves and pour hot water (95–100°C).
Steep for 60 seconds, then add 20 seconds for each additional brew.
Rebrewable 3–4 times.
